ROWENA is the Managing Director. After completing a Bachelors degree in Economics at Boston University, Rowena worked with Market Facts and Opinions in Trinidad in 1994, and discovered a passion for market research. With this experience, and having attended the American Marketing Associations School of Marketing Research held at the University of Notre Dame, she started Marketing Strategy Limited in 1995. More recently, Rowena took a leave of absence from the company and completed an MBA at London Business School. She also worked in a research capacity in London with international research house DataMonitor, media house Johnston Press, and on the client-side, with a large business advisory service and support organization, Business Link for London. Rowena is responsible for overall management of the company and business development.

CATHERINE  is an Assistant Manager. She has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with honours from Boston University, and has been working in the field of research over the past 6 years. Catherine is responsible for Project Management and Report Writing, and assisting in the overall management of the company.

CARIAN  is the Research Manager. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounts and Management Studies at the University of the West Indies. She has been with MSL for the past 6 years and has proven to be an invaluable part of the organization. Carian is responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of each project including overall supervision of fieldwork.

DAMION is the IT/Data Manager. He recently joined the company having worked in an IT and Research capacity over the last few years. He is currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Information Technology

LYDIA is a Research Assistant. She joined the company a year ago after completing a Bachelor's Degree at University of the West Indies, majoring in International Relations and minoring in Demography. She currently works on both qualitative and quantitative assignments.

STACY is a Research Assistant. She has a BA in Sociology from the Ithaca College, New York. She also gained  overseas experience in Research and joined the company upon her return to Jamaica in 2005

 

OMAR is a Coder. He has been with the company for 2 years, having started out as an interviewer and learning the ins and outs of data collection.

 

WINSOME is a Coder. She has been with the company for 2 years, having completed several years in marketing and telemarketing.

NARDIA is a Data Entry Operator. She has been with the company for the past year, having excelled in her studies and now pursuing a career in marketing.

SHELLY-ANN is a Coder. She has several years of experience in customer Service and Data Entry, and joined the company in 2005.

DIONNE is an Administrative Assistant. She has several years of experience in admin, and has also worked in research in previous roles. She joined the company in 2005.
